Browsing our product catalogue

Use the category buttons on the left hand side, located under the "Browse Products" heading to browse through our online catalogue.

Making purchases

We use a "shopping cart" to keep track of the items you are interested in purchasing. When you find a product you would like to purchase you can add it to your cart using the "Add to cart" button provided. To review the items in your shopping cart, or to finalise your order when you have finished shopping, use the "View Cart" links at the top right or left-hand side. You are then presented with a list of the items currectly in your shopping cart and the total cost for the order. You can change the quantities of items or remove items from your cart using the controls provided. when you are done click on the payment type of your choice and follow the on-screen prompts to make your payment choices and finalise your order. If you need any assistance or prefer to make your purchase over the phone please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sewing Selections takes privacy very seriously. To help ensure your privacy, we use the most up-to-date SSL Encryption technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible (always look for the padlock at the bottom right hand of the page on checkout). This includes your billing, credit card, and account information; none of this can be intercepted and read as it travels to our system.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. We will not release any of your personal information to a third party. So you do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping with us. We do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform our customers when we add new items or offer sales or discounts on our website; once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else.

Shipping

Sewing selections will post anywhere within Australia. We do not charge for handling. The postage charge will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your order, then displayed to you on screen before you confirm your order.

We wrap all orders safely and securely, but at the same time try to keep the wrapping weight down where possible. We all hate to pay postage and like to squeeze a bit more in for our money.

Your order will be sent to you with all possible haste. If for some unforeseen reason we do not have in stock the product(s) you have ordered we will contact you with an approximate time for delivery.

Pickup is available from Dubbo, NSW, with prior notice, during Monday to Friday working hours, 9am to 5pm. Not on public holidays.

How we handle payment

All prices, postage and product, are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), Direct Deposit, Australian Money Orders and Australian cheques (after received 3-5 working days for cheques to clear, before goods are sent). Please use your order number as reference when making a payment.
